2. Member Responsibilities

2.2 Participation & Contributions

• Contributions made to TISNI events, forums, and discussions must be constructive and aligned with the organization’s goals.

3. Privacy & Data Protection

3.1 Information Collection

• TISNI collects personal and corporate information for membership processing, event participation, and community engagement.
• By registering, you consent to TISNI storing and processing your data securely.

3.2 Data Usage & Sharing

• Your data will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
• Members may receive communication from TISNI regarding events, opportunities, and updates.

4. Intellectual Property & Content Usage

4.1 Ownership of Content

• All content shared on TISNI’s platforms, including logos, materials, and publications, remain the intellectual property of TISNI unless stated otherwise.
• Members may not use, modify, or distribute TISNI content without prior authorization.

4.2 Contributions by Members

• Any content, articles, or resources shared by members within TISNI must respect intellectual property laws and must not infringe upon third-party rights.

5. Termination of Membership

5.1 Grounds for Termination

TISNI reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership if a member:

• Engages in misconduct, fraud, or activities against TISNI’s values.
• Violates any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Fails to renew membership within the stipulated timeframe.

5.2 Appeal Process

• Terminated members may appeal by submitting a written request to the membership committee.
• The final decision rests with the TISNI executive board.

6. Event Participation & Liability

• Participation in TISNI events is voluntary, and TISNI is not liable for personal or business losses incurred during events.
• Members attending events must comply with all applicable regulations and safety measures.

7. Amendments & Updates

TISNI reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated through official channels, and continued membership implies acceptance of the revised terms.
